Are you looking to take the next step, dive deeper into the world of motorsport, or simply fulfill your dream of obtaining your own racing license?

Our training course for the DMSB "National A" racing license lays the foundation for your entry into competitive motorsport. Whether you aspire to participate in future races or simply want to experience the thrill of driving on a track with an official racing license, we offer the perfect opportunity here at the Hockenheimring. On this legendary Grand Prix circuit, we combine theoretical knowledge with practical, on-track experience.

The day begins with an in-depth theory session, where you will learn the essential rules and fundamentals of motorsport—covering everything from flag signals and various types of race starts to vehicle dynamics, cornering techniques, and proper conduct on the track. The theory portion concludes with a written test.

After a lunch break, it’s time to head out onto the track! You will prepare for your first time behind the wheel of a race car by working through various sections of the circuit. You’ll practice different cornering and braking techniques, discover the ideal racing line, and learn the keys to executing a proper race start. The practical training concludes with a session of open track driving.

Upon successful completion, you will have established the necessary foundation to enter the world of competitive motorsport and will be eligible to apply for your "National A" racing license through the DMSB.*

*Please note that the DMSB charges a separate fee for the issuance of the license.
