With the law implementing the directive on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters and implementing the regulation on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, the legislature has created a European online dispute resolution platform (OS platform) for the out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and companies in online purchases and A nationwide framework has been created for the settlement of disputes arising from contracts concluded online and offline between consumers and companies by allowing them to be brought before an out-of-court consumer arbitration board.
